I was recently honoured to be asked by Neil from Bushwalking Blog to contribute a guest post. Neil has been blogging for about 6 years and his site is full of great information about bushwalks, gear reviews and competitions. If you are into the great outdoors I recommend heading over to Bushwalking Blog and taking a look.
My guest post is about a place close to my heart – Bald Rock. It is a peaceful and restful place, offering very interesting scenery and a magnificent view from the top. It also happens to be right on the door step to the Granite Belt wine region, so when you have finished your walk a good winery is only about a 30 minute drive away! My most recent ascent of Bald Rock was at Easter last year. Harry had recently turned two and it was such a wonderful experience to see this walk through the eyes of my son.

I am new to the blogging world and I have to say I am humbled by the support and encouragement Neil and others from the blogging community are showing me. It is so refreshing to meet people that share the same passion for exploring this wonderful country of ours as I do.
